Sous‐Chefs Specific Skills: Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers, Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):
Cook Trade Certification

Education: College, CEGEP or other non‐university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years

Languages:
English

Other Requirements: must have working knowledge and experience with Italian pastries & desserts and Ontario seasonal food produce.
