AMMSA began publishing Alberta Sweetgrass in 1993, which serves the Aboriginal people of Alberta. Alberta Sweetgrass has been published monthly since 1993 and has grown to be Alberta's most widely circulated Aboriginal publication. Current circulation is more than 8,000 per month.
