On march 8, people around the world will be commemorating International Women's Day, set aside each year to celebrate women and their accomplishments. To mark the day, Saskatchewan Sage puts its spotlight on a few young women who are making a dfference bystriving to make their dreams a reality, and by doing so helping to pave the way for others to do the same. One of the young women you will be introduced to is Raelene carter, pictured here having a little fun with her children, Jaeden and Bryton.
